Editor's review
PDF documents can be watermarked with this tool.
This AWinware tool lets you watermark PDF documents. This could be to notify users that you own the copyright. Often, legal requirements mandate that Bates numbering be used to watermark every page of relevant documents. There are certain standard text strings available for use. These include Registered Copyright, Trademark, etc. File name, PDF Title, PDF Author; PDF Subject and PDF Keywords are additional things that can be used. The utility interface makes it all very simple to use. No user should find any difficulty to start. The batch features help processing a lot of files together. Complete documents need not be processed. You can specify pages. All pages, odd pages, even pages, first page, last page or on specified pages like 4, 6, 12-17, 28, etc. It is possible to use macros to create a Bates numbering scheme. These numbers can be marked at the header or the footer of the documents.
You would be able to mark current date and time on selected pages using this tool. Setting options allow you to select the font name, font style selection from Regular, Italic, Bold, BoldItalic, text underline option selection and font size settings. Text customization options include color, rotation and transparency, etc. The location where the watermark is to be applied can be specified. Watermarks can be applied such that they appear above or below the content in the documents. Transparency can be tweaked. Margins can be set for four sides. The marks can be rotated through -259 to 359 degrees. This is a good and handy tool.
